Clues for a society's view of the phenomenon of management; can be gained from management practices, managerial structure, manager typology, governed attitudes and behaviors, and managerial-managed relations.
This study aims to reveal the perspective of Turkish society to management and to analyze the phenomenon of management through idioms and proverbs in Turkish. Proverbs and idioms are the main data sources that serve to analyze the values and orientations of a society.
